As a continuation from yesterday’s video where I showed you how to make a box, today we are putting that box to use. . . 25 times!

I’ve constructed an Advent Tree Calendar out of the boxes and am so excited to show you how I did it! This is NOT my original design, I first saw these last year when my Mother gave one to me as a gift.

I love how this turned out using the Candy Cane Lane DSP and the Real Red Cardstock. I hope you join me in making one!

I used a computer program to make a template for the numbers. I printed them in red ink onto the Whisper White Cardstock. I punched them out using the 3/4″ Circle Punch, and adhered them to the red circle on each box with a glue dot.

Stamping Saturday Session 2

I held my third Stamping Saturday on August 6 and had such a great time! Thank you to those that joined me! And if you haven’t joined me yet, head over to my Facebook page and give it a like! I have my next Stamping Saturday event scheduled for September in the Events section.

In Session 2 I featured Thoughtful Branches, an August exclusive while supplies last! This stamp set with coordinating thinlets dies is AMAZING! I love the versatility. So many great things from flowers to trees. The first card we made used the Woodland TIEF and Whisper White Craft Ink to create a raised background. We used several greens on the accent leaves and cut out our sentiment with the Layering Ovals Framelits. The second card we made is a SHAKER card! So much fun! I used Emerald Envy as my main color, and added some Whisper White words on a banner cut out from the Duet Banner Punch.

Stamping Saturday Promo

I’m so excited for my third ever Stamping Saturday! It’s a series I started where one Saturday a month, I invite you to join me over at my Facebook page for a Live Facebook Event. I have broken this Saturday into two sessions, one at 10am and the other at 3pm, PDT. I’ll demonstrate two cards during each session. There will be games, so be sure to get your catalogs handy. If you don’ t have a catalog, contact me to get one, or you can also download it by clicking on the Shop Now link at the top of the page.

I will also have a PRIZE drawing at the end of the day! To be eligible to get into the drawing, place a $50 order on my website, before shipping and tax. Use hostess code HUHQU9AY in my online shop. Place your order anytime Saturday through Sunday August 7th before 6pm PDT. I’ll announce the winner on Sunday at 8pm PDT and they will have 24 hours to claim their prize. If they don’t respond, I will draw again!

The prize will be revealed Saturday after I have finished demonstrating all of the cards and the games have wrapped up.
