Stamper’s Showcase 2019 Holiday Catalog Favorites

Hello Kre8tors and welcome to another Blog Hop! We are hopping with the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop today! Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the post and click that Next button when you’re done here to hop along to the next amazing project!

The project I decided to create is an adorable paper box from the gorgeous Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper. These boxes are super fun and quick to put together! In my YouTube tutorial, I show you how to calculate your measurements so that you can make a variety of sizes!

I like to have options when creating my boxes and think they look so cute on the plates at a beautifully set table for the holidays. You can put in a couple of chocolates, maybe some lottery tickets, or just cute notes to your family and friends. What would you put inside?

The length and width of all the boxes I made here are 3″ x 3″ and vary in height, with the tallest measuring 2-1/2″. You can make them so you can’t see the bottom part of the box, or make a shorter lid and a taller base so you can see the contrast. There are just so many options!

I really hope you enjoyed this project, and would love to see your boxes after you give them a try! Tag me on Instagram (@MKre8tions) so that I can share your beautiful projects!

For my project today I’ve decided to go 3D with the most ADORABLE clamshell box ever! I CASE’d this 2″ square box from Crafty Caroline Creates and gave it an update with the beautiful Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper. I absolutely love how it turned out and can’t wait to make more!

The clamshell portion of this little box can be a bit tricky, so I’ve made a template for you to view. You can download a copy of the template by clicking here.

There are so many fun things you can do with a box like this, such as stocking stuffer, guest place holders at a nice dinner, party favors, and so much more! What would you use this box for?

ICS Blog Hop Fabulous Fall

Hello Kre8tors and welcome to another Blog Hop! We are hopping with the Inspire, Create, & Share Blog Hop today! The theme this month is Fabulous Fall and I am BEYOND EXCITED about this one! I love everything Fall! Colder weather, cozy snuggles, glowing candles, warm beverages… Ahhh! So much YES! Join us as we celebrate my favorite season with some beautiful Fall inspired projects!

Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the post and click that Next button when you’re done here to hop along to the next amazing project!

I decided to take a Christmas set and turn it into my Fall inspiration for this blog hop. I used the Tidings All Around bundle from the brand new Holiday Catalog (which is live TODAY!) with some of our brand new In Colors to create this wonderful wreath.

The sentiment “I am thankful for you” came from a classic set, Painted Harvest, which is available in the Annual Catalog. It’s a beautiful set, one which I almost used for this month’s project, but I opted to challenge myself and see how I could turn a Christmas stamp set into a Fall project.

The wreath was cut from some Pretty Peacock cardstock, and the branch and “wheat” top accents are done with Early Espresso and Terracotta Tile. I really love the punch of rusty-orange the Terracotta Tile lends to this project. I think it really ties together the colors and screams Fall!

I’m so THANKFUL that you stopped by to see my project today! Don’t forget to hop along to Audra’s blog to see what exciting project she has created for you! Click the Next button below!

August 2019 Ink Stamp Share Blog Hop Holiday Catalog

Hello Kre8tors and welcome to another Blog Hop! We are hopping with the Ink. Stamp. Share. Blog Hop today! Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the post and click that Next button when you’re done here to hop along to the next amazing project!

This month we are sharing Holiday Catalog projects! The new catalog will be available for customers to order from on September 4, so we hope you enjoy all of this cheerful inspiration to fuel your wish list! I decided to pre-order the Toile Tidings Suite Bundle, which came with not one, but TWO stamp sets with coordinating dies, two rolls of Ribbon, one pack of DSP, one pack of Gift Wrap, and some Glitter Enamel Dots. This bundle of products is perfect for coordinating multiple projects as well as all of your holiday cards!

I just love the cardinal, and wanted to make sure my first project was with him. I absolutely ADORE this bird, and think he came out really well. I watercolored the branch he sits upon, and a little bit of him as well. You can check out how I put this all together in my video tutorial below.

I CASE’d (Copy And Share Everything) the catalog to make this card, and so glad I did because I learned a lot about how to best use these products and what tricks I can use on my future cards. The bow turned out beautiful! There are so many different bow tying methods, but this one is my favorite. I show you how I achieve this bow in my video tutorial.

Stampers Showcase Blog Hop Babies

Hello Kre8tors and welcome to another Blog Hop! We are hopping with the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop today! The theme is Babies & Children, and I’m super excited about this one because I’m expecting my first baby very soon! Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the post and click that Next button when you’re done here to hop along to the next amazing project!

For this card, I decided to keep it super simple and let the coloring really shine through. I stamped the mother and baby fox in Stazon Jet Black ink so that I could use the watercolor technique and prevent the black lines from bleeding.

This image was really fun to color in. I decided to use Pumpkin Pie as the main color, and accent the darker areas of the fox with Cajun Craze. I colored in the little ear insides and the nose with Blushing Bride. The tail and chins I used super light Pumpkin Pie just to keep them from looking too white.

I added a few of the Basic Jewel Rhinestones around the fox to add a little more interest to the card. I love how quick and simple this card was to make, and coloring in the foxes was very soothing.

These clean and quick cards are the perfect baby shower accompaniment, or could make a gift themselves when done in packs of 3 or 5 with some envelopes to go with. You could even add in a package of rhinestones and leave them off the cards so the recipient gets to put them on for fun!
