Love Card

To those that watched my Mystery Card video, I’ve taken some of your suggestions and implemented them in this new card, which would be a perfect card for that special someone in your life.

I really love this Sweetheart embossing folder and wanted to make it work on a card. I think this is the perfect application for it! Of course I had to slip in some shiny with the Real Red Glimmer paper.

Measurements:

Cardbase: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, scored @ 4-1/4″
Rectangle 1: 1-1/4″ x 2″

Clean & Quick Cards SERIES 6

Red, Black, and White are perhaps one of my most favorite color combinations. There’s something about the crispness of the way it looks. I decided to pair this color combination with the Climbing Orchid stamp set, and I think it turned out rather well.

I absolutely ADORE this sentiment! Enjoy Today… two simple words that mean so very much. The simplicity of this card is what makes it stand out in a sea of cards. There is something to be said for a beautiful card with no raised pieces.

Another great feature of the Clean & Quick cards in my series is that nearly all of them don’t require any adhesive! That’s the beauty of the flat card, nothing to glue down. 🙂 The feature turns back to the stamps themselves. No fancy cutting, folding, or footwork. Just paper and ink.

Cardbase: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″

Poinsettia from Scratch

I wanted to replicate a pattern on my leggings, but didn’t have the poinsettia punch so I improvised! It’s a bit of a mish-mash, but I think for what I had on hand it came out pretty well. I used a LOT of different framelits and thinlits to get this beautiful Christmas flower, so be sure to check below for all the materials used.

I love finding inspiration for my cards in unexpected places, and I think finding inspiration from a clothing item is so awesome! It’s a color combination that I would have NEVER put together myself, so I’m glad I got out of my comfort bubble to give this a go!

Measurements

Card Base – 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, scored @ 4-1/4″
Card Mat – 4″ x 5-1/4″
Scrap Pieces – Large enough to cut out assorted pieces

Beautiful FALL Bouquet

This Beautiful FALL Bouquet card was inspired by a bouquet of flowers in my living room. I love how FALL these flowers look with the four main colors and it was super easy to put together!

I also use some adhesive sheets to turn the thinlit shapes into STICKERS to make it WAY easier to adhere to the card than trying to use liquid glue. See how I do it in this video and be sure to comment, like, and click the subscribe button at the end of the video!

Deck The Halls QUICK Christmas Card

Here’s another super QUICK Christmas Card for your holiday crafting this year! I love how a BIG sentiment can be the focal point on a card with few materials. The Real Red and Old Olive really compliment each other on this Whisper White card.

The Carols of Christmas stamp set creates the focal point of this card on top of the beautiful Christmas Around The World Designer Series Paper. I wanted the ribbon to wrap around the card and with the bow at the top of the sentiment it almost looks like an ornament!
