noble peacock – Melissa's Kre8tions

Welcome to the ICS Blog Hop! Today we are sharing projects using punches, so I’ve decided to use a few classics from the Annual Catalog. CIRCLES! I’ve used three different circle punches on today’s card and I really love how it turned out!

It’s very similar to the Tunnel Card I made earlier, however on a much smaller scale with not quite as much dimension. Some people call this a porthole as well, like the windows on a ship. What would you call it? Let me know in the comments below!

I really love how soft the Champagne Foil is on this card. It is a beautiful color! It’s very soft, and elegant I think. Silver and Gold are beautiful and have their place, but there’s just something about this Champagne that says “I’m here and I brought the Bubbly, er, MYSELF!”

I accented the 1/2″ Champagne circles with two of the dies from the Detailed Peacocks Dies. I love these little branch dudes. They are so pretty! And I especially love the Champagne foil paired with the Basic Gray. It really makes a lovely combination.

I’ve CASE’d the Annual Catalog and have filmed a tutorial on how I created this beautiful card. I can’t wait to tell you all about it! Come and have a look!

There are so many different ways to get your goodies. First, you can buy all of the items in the bundle individually, or just pick and choose your favorites. Second, you can purchase just the stamps and dies together in a bundle and save 10%. And the last, and best in my opinion, option is the Suite Bundle! The Beads and Baubles Embossing Folder is gorgeous with amazing texture! I’ve used the indented side of the embossing folder on the front of my card base and just love how it turned out!

The Reversible Ribbon makes a beautiful accent behind my Stitched Shape oval alongside the sentiment and adorable daisies from the stamp set. And can we talk about the Peacock Tail? That die cut is so detailed and beautiful!
