I know it’s been a minute since you’ve heard from me, and I’ll be posting about that soon, but can we just talk about how cute the Cozy & Bright Kit is?!
I recently moved and left AAALLLLLL my Stampin’ Up! products behind. Don’t worry! I’m going back for them later, I just won’t be able to get them for a little bit. That’s why I got the Cozy & Bright Kit. I knew I needed an all-inclusive kit to get jump started in my creativity.
The orange slices and cinnamon sticks are a HUGE part of my plans for this year’s Christmas decor so imagine my delight when I opened this kit to see those beautiful embellishments staring up at me! You can see me put this card together and catch up on where I’ve been in my YouTube video below.

I am SO excited to share my project from the brand new 2022-2023 Annual Catalog with you! I used the new Hues of Happiness Suite which includes the Happiness Abounds Stamp Set and coordinating Blossoming Happiness Dies as well as the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper AND the Glossy Dots Assortment.
Creating from a suite makes an entire project effortless! You know that all of the products will coordinated beautifully and you can make SO many different designs!
For my project today, I decided to make a cute little floral box for a very dear friend of mine. This box is 2″ x 2″ x 4-1/2″ and is made from a piece of Starry Sky cardstock.
I used the Gilded Leafing as a beautiful gold accent on the top and stamped the sentiment with Starry Sky on Basic White Cardstock. I stamped the flowers and greenery with Orchid Oasis and Parakeet Party and used the same colors to water color the images. I also sprinkled in some of the Sweet Sorbet and Tahitian Tide for dimension on the images.
I tied the box together using the Pool Party Sheer Ribbon, which is a returning favorite.
I don’t have a coordinating YouTube video today, but I’m hoping to film one for this adorable little box soon! Make sure you are subscribed to my YouTube channel so you know when it is posted.

I have a confession to make…
If you’ve been a customer or a demonstrator of Stampin’ Up! for awhile, you will notice that the Designer Series Paper that I used on this card is no longer available. That means I am breaking one of my very own Blog Hop Rules of only using current products. BUT I do have a good reason for why!
Most of you know that I was absent from posting about Stampin’ Up! the last half of 2020 and for nearly all of 2021. It wasn’t for a lack of interest in the company or products anymore. I always have and always will LOVE it.
The reason for my absence was that I started my own business, and that takes a lot of time and dedication. I just couldn’t do it all, so I had to put a few things to the side so that I could focus on growing. If you’re curious about what it is that I do now, you can head over to 3 Mile Lane Co to learn more.
So, let’s talk about today’s project. You may recognize that the DSP I used is definitely no longer available. In fact it’s a few years old! I made this project, and filmed the coordinating video below, when this stamp set was a Suite! I just never got around to posting it.
The stamp set and punch are still current products, and I really wanted to share this card with you, so that’s why I’m using it today! (And let’s just breeze over the fact that I edited the video and drafted this blog post at 10pm the night before it was due!!)
So, the truth is, there is nothing that I want more than to make YouTube videos with Stampin’ Up! products all day long for you! But with the demands of my business (which is my full time job!) I just can’t get to everything, right now… I’m really hoping I can do a few things that will free up some more of my time so that I can make room for the things I enjoy so much, like making projects to share with you!
So if you made it this far in the post, THANK YOU! You are the reason I continue to post as much as I can! I hope I can continue bringing you crafty inspiration! And I really hope you hop with us this month to see the other incredible projects from so many of my talented, and more active, Stampin’ Up! friends!

Sketch Challenge Using Cactus Cuties
As soon as I saw the Cactus Cuties set from the Mini Catalog I knew I had to have it. I’ve recently become obsessed with succulents and this adorable stamp set spoke to my soul.
Sketch Challenge Colors
I knew right away that I wanted to use this year’s retiring in-colors because I have A LOT of paper left! 😅 These were some of my favorite in-colors from recent years. I used Misty Moonlight for the base of the card and brought in some Bumblebee and Just Jade for my stamped accents.
Sketch Challenge Details
I’ve also been on a HUGE gilded leafing kick lately, and I wanted to hide the un-embossed edges of my blue cardstock. This beautiful metallic accent can really help hide those oopsies! 😁
You know it, I also had to throw on a couple of the Iridescent Rhinestones for that bling bling!

Hello Foil Card from Sale-A-Bration 2022 Friendly Hello
If you saw my first and second posts using the Friendly Hello stamp set and coordinating DSP from the January through February 2022 Sale-A-Bration flyer, then you might recognize all of the elements in this card! I wanted to show how easy it is to come up with several design layouts using the exact same materials!
I struggled a little on the design for this card because I really wanted to use the ribbon, but ended up leaving it off. I used just a few of the elements I cut out from the first card. I love how this card turned out, even though I wasn’t able to make the ribbon work.
The colors on the card are so soft and I think they work really well with the gilded leafing, or gold foil. I could seriously make these cards all day long! There’s just something about the airy-ness of the gilded leafing that is so fun to play with.
If you are curious to see how I came up with my design for today’s project, be sure to watch the video below, and please consider subscribing to my YouTube channel! It would mean so much to me and would allow me to continue making content like this for you to enjoy!
