Welcome back to the Ink & Share Blog Hop, where a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the globe come together to share loads of inspiration with you! Today is all about the Holiday Catalog, which launches for customers on September 5. Be sure to scroll down to the Next button and hop along to the other talented demonstrators participating, you won’t want to miss out!
I am so excited to share my project with you, so let’s dive in!
The first bundle I knew I had to get from the Holiday Catalog was Winter Woods. I am all about that #treelife living in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, USA). Trees just call to me, and this set practically begged me to bring it home! I knew I wanted to CASE the catalog and I did just that!
I sponge daubed the tree in Granny Apple Green and Call Me Clover for a variegated effect. I used some beautiful vellum for accent trees, and linen thread for the bow. I love how it turned out! If you want to see some behind the scenes on how this card was made, check out the video below!
Don’t forget about Bonus Days! Every $50 you spend in August, before shipping and tax, you earn a $5 coupon redeemable in September! That’s 10% cash back! Grab some of the supplies that I used on this card now, and you can use your Bonus Days coupon next month towards the Winter Woods bundle!

August 2018 Roll Call List
Great use of vellum for the trees and snow.
I keep telling myself I don’t need this set as I have Lovely as a Tree, but deep down I know I’m going to get it sometime soon. Love your card
I have this set and using the sponge daubers is a great idea! Will have to show my stampers.
Wonderful card design. I love the colors you chose and the vellum adds a nice soft touch. The tree adds a great pop of color. 🙂
Loving the new trees. Great card.
Great card Melissa! I love the color combination and the vellum accent trees. Thanks for participating in this month’s hop.
