Hello Kre8tors! Welcome to the April Paper Pumpkin Pop Up Blog Hop! I’m so excited about this kit!!! As soon as I opened the box, I knew this was going to be a fun kit to make an alternate project with. I can’t wait to share my idea with you! Don’t forget to scroll down and keep hopping to see SO many other wonderful alternate projects for this kit.
These are the suggested cards inside the kit. I love how we get a cute little box to put these 5 cards in! And BONUS! There’s enough to make three full sets! WOW! That’s a lot of cards! What fun gifts this will make! I really love how I get a monthly delivery of craft supplies with my Paper Pumpkin subscription. It’s a great way to build up some stamps and inks, as well as other supplies. And if I don’t really care for that month’s projects, I can always turn it into something else, like I did with this month’s kit!
I decided to make a mini album with this kit. It was a lot of fun taking different bits and pieces from all the included materials and re-arranging them to make this fun fold mini album! I can’t wait to print out some photos to include inside when I gift it!
I used the cards as the base for the album, and then cut apart the envelopes to make fun interactive pockets for little notes. I also stamped and glued the embellishments from this month’s kit on all the pages.
I loved how creative I was able to get with this mini album. I want to turn this into a scrapbook after I gift it, and put in photos, movie stubs, and maybe even the top of the receipt for the restaurant we go to as a reminder of where we went.
I haven’t been able to get around to making a video tutorial this time. Life has been crazy busy this month with moving and starting a new job! I really hope you enjoyed this project and consider giving Paper Pumpkin a try! You have nothing to lose and MORE craft supplies to gain!!!
Here’s my quick video showing how I put together the little box. AND I got to use my Stamparatus for the first time! (Available at the beginning of June.) At the end of this video is a little snippet of my alternate mini album in more detail. I hope you enjoy!
If you don’t already have a demonstrator, I would love to be your Creative Coach! How can I help you?
If your order is over $150, don’t use a hostess code because you qualify for your own Stampin’ Rewards!
If your order is less than $150, use my current hostess code TF79F9TQ when you place your order to get a thank you card from me at the beginning of next month! Your support means a lot to me and helps me to continue doing what I love, which is making videos for you to enjoy.
Very cute design – super use of the kit pieces!
